What products do you sell?
Gazelle South Africa has the exclusive use rights to bring this incredible Marshmallow Eco Sneaker to South Africa. We are proud to bring you the one and only Marshmallow Eco Sneaker. A fun, whimsical, all-in-one colour, soft sneaker, partly made with sustainable materials.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order. But if it has already shipped from us, then you will be liable for the shipping costs to you and the cost of returning the product back to us in an unused original condition. We recommend double-checking your order details before submitting your purchase.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only to destinations in South Africa.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders in stock are processed within 1 – 3 working days if you live within the Western Cape and within 3 – 5 working days if you live within the greater part of South Africa. Our team works hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number from Courier Guy. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment and ensure that it arrives on time.
The product I ordered won’t fit. Can I exchange for another size?
We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges for more details.
I received a faulty item. What do I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We personally check each pair of shoes before they are dispatched. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges for instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement.
