Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item/s (under certain conditions), you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@thegazelle.co.za with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s) to us.
Please note the following:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- All shipping or courier fees associated with RETURNING the exchanged item/s are for the customer’s account
- Exchanges will be processed within 2-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). In case the item(s) for exchange is out of stock, a full refund will be given.
- We only offer ONE exchange per order.
- All shipping fees or courier fees are non-refundable.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following types of items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn or used
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item(s), please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. If you feel the item was damaged or defective then you need to provide evidence that the item(s) WAS received in a defective condition. You can contact us at info@thegazelle.co.za with photos of the defect, your order number, and your contact information. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s) to us, and we will cover all shipping fees associated with the exchange.
